This privacy policy applies to all Inferno Muse Interactive (collectively, “we”, “us”, “our”) websites, software, games, and applications (collectively “Services”). It outlines what information is collected from you when you use our Services and how that information is used.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Third party access to information obtained by the Services

Automatic Data Collection and Advertising
We may work with analytics companies to help us understand how our Services are being used. Our Services may automatically collect usage information including, but not limited to:

time spent in levels or worlds
world or level selected
items and currency collected

Opt-out
If you have joined our email list and wish to be removed from the list you may do so. If you have an account with us and wish to cancel that account you can do so. Cancelling an account will result in us deleting any User Provided Information you have given us. You can stop all collection of information by any one of our Services easily by uninstalling the relevant software, games, or applications.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Services and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via our Services, please contact us at support@infernomuse.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Services to function properly.

Age
To use our Services you must be of an age to provide your own legal consent. This age is at least 13 in the Unites States and at least 13 to 16 In the European Union. Please terminate the use of our services if you do not meet the required age for your area. We do not knowingly collect any information about or direct targeted advertising to anyone who does not meet the minimum age requirement. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at support@infernomuse.com and we will delete the information as quickly as possible.

Security
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Services. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
